Our Family Program provides affordable and supportive housing for young families ages 18–24, offering a welcoming environment where parents can build a strong foundation for a brighter future.

Designed to promote independence and long-term stability, the program combines comfortable apartment living with personalized case management and supportive services. Residents receive guidance in financial planning, budgeting, parenting, education, employment, and accessing essential community resources, including healthcare and childcare.

The property features 12 thoughtfully designed apartment homes, including 1 studio and 11 one-bedroom units. Each apartment offers a private kitchen, bathroom, and living area, providing families with the comfort and privacy of their own home. Residents may also enjoy convenient on-site amenities, including laundry facilities, a library, outdoor recreation and playground areas, parking, and access to supportive staff.

Through a 24-month supportive housing program, families are empowered to develop essential life skills, achieve personal goals, and take meaningful steps toward permanent housing and financial independence.
